Allergan Acquires Envy Medical, Inc.

The acquisition enhances Allergan’s best-in-class Medical Aesthetics portfolio with the addition of Envy’s Dermalinfusion, a non-surgical, non-invasive skin resurfacing system for the face and body. Offered in physician’s offices, medical spas and luxury spas, Dermalinfusion is the only treatment that simultaneously exfoliates, extracts and infuses the skin with professional strength serums, using medical grade diamond treatment tips. Each serum is specifically formulated to help treat a variety of skin concerns across all skin types.
