Paul Cederna, MD, Elected President Of Plastic Surgery Foundation

Paul S. Cederna, MD, Chief of the Section of Plastic Surgery, Professor in the Department of Surgery, and Professor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Michigan, today was elected president of the Plastic Surgery Foundation of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), the world’s largest organization of board-certified plastic surgeons and foremost authority on cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Cederna took office at Plastic Surgery The Meeting, the Society’s annual scientific meeting, in Los Angeles and will serve for one year.
“As an active researcher myself, I’m proud to lead an organization who mission is to support and improve patient results through research and development. I’ll be eager to work with my dedicated colleagues around the world to reach our goals,” noted Dr. Cederna.
