California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology Clarifies Esthetician Scope of Practice in Q&A

Representatives from the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology sat for a Q&A on esthetician scope of practice at AmSpa’s San Jose Medical Spa Boot Camp last week. This comes on the heels of the publication of guidelines stating that estheticians in California are not allowed to practice microneedling and dermaplaning. View the video below.
