Brad Adatto, Michael Byrd and Alex Thiersch to Speak at ASPS Meeting in Chicago

On Thursday, September 27, 2018, through Saturday, September 29, 2018, Bradford Adatto, Michael Byrd and Alex Thiersch will be presenting to plastic surgeons at the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) Plastic Surgery – The Meeting in Chicago. The Meeting, being held September 28 – October 1, is one of the most prestigious and sought-after meetings of aesthetic and reconstructive surgeons in the world. On Thursday, Alex Thiersch will be presenting ideas on how to be profitable in the aesthetic industry in a talk entitled “Negotiating Your Way Into the Black.”
On Friday, Brad and Michael will be speaking as a part of the Reboot your Practice – A Practice Management Workshop.  They will be presenting on the legal issues surgeons face when exiting a practice in a talk on Friday entitled “Three Steps to Building your Exit Plan.” Michael will also be speaking on a panel with Dr. R. Andrew Guth, Dr. Debra Johnson and Dr. Tiffany McCormack entitled “Making the Decision to Add an Associate to your Practice.” The talks will examine legal issues surrounding exiting a practice or adding a new surgeon to an existing practice, both of which involve challenging and sometimes complex contractual issues.
