TITAN Aesthetic Founder Mary Beth Hagen Transfers Ownership to Carrie Galpin
TITAN Aesthetic founder Mary Beth Hagen has announced the acquisition of the company to aesthetic industry executive Carrie Galpin, marking a leadership transition for the recruiting, education and professional development organization.
According to the announcement, Hagen will remain involved with the company as founder and strategic advisor during the transition period.
Hagen launched TITAN Aesthetic in 2017 with a mission of supporting nurses, nurse practitioners and physician assistants working in aesthetic medicine. Over the past decade, the company expanded its offerings to include recruiting and placement services, educational programs, membership opportunities and its Learners & Legacies meeting focused on newer aesthetic providers.
Reflecting on the transition, Hagen stated:
“As the specialty continues to adapt, add services and bring in new modalities, I am filled with gratitude for the opportunity to have contributed to this specialty and to TITAN’s growth. Now, I am excited to introduce a new leader who will bring fresh energy, vision, and innovation to TITAN’s next chapter.
“I am so excited to turn the ownership and vision for TITAN Aesthetic over to my dear friend, Carrie Galpin, and know that you will all join me in celebrating this next adventure in her career.”
Galpin brings more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, training, education and key opinion leader development, having held roles with companies including Galderma, Allergan, Valeant Pharmaceuticals and Dermik Labs. According to the announcement, she plans to continue TITAN’s existing programs while exploring new approaches to talent development, professional assessments and workforce support within the medical aesthetics specialty.
In her announcement, Galpin said:

Galpin added that she intends to spend the remainder of 2026 working alongside Hagen before introducing what she described as “the next evolution of TITAN Aesthetic” in 2027. Hagen will remain founder and serve as strategic advisor for the next year to support a smooth leadership transition.
Founded as “Top Injectors Treating in Aesthetics Now,” TITAN Aesthetic has positioned itself as a resource for aesthetic professionals through recruiting, education, mentorship and career development programs. Under Galpin’s leadership, the company plans to continue those efforts while expanding support for talent development and practice growth across the specialty.
