Mobile Medical Spas Zoom Into the Market

Mobile medical spas are relatively new to the industry, but it’s no wonder the market is making the shift toward on-demand spa services in today’s need-it-now world. MySkinDr is one such mobile spa service offering concierge spa services, such as body sculpting, skin rejuvenation and resurfacing, anti-wrinkle treatments, chemical peels and laser resurfacing.
The service operates a fleet of mobile spas—ranging from small hybrid units, medium mobile vans and exam trailers—which are dispatched according to the services being rendered. Currently, MySkinDr is available in Las Vegas and Scottsdale, Arizona.
Skin Inc. caught up with Dane Hallberg, chairman and CEO of MySkinDr, for an exclusive interview to discuss the burgeoning on-demand spa market and how medical spas can implement mobile services into their offerings.
