June 26, 2017

According to a recent study by the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS), more and more men are seeking cosmetic procedures. In fact, 31 percent of men say they were “extremely likely” to consider either a surgical or non-surgical cosmetic procedure.
Of this 31 percent more than half were millennials between the ages of 25 and 34 years old the other 34 percent were between the ages of 18 and 24. What is driving millennial men to seek treatments? Confidence.
Forty-four percent say they would get a treatment done to feel better about themselves, and 31 percent say they would get something “fixed” to please a partner. The men are seeking to improve their eyes, skin and hair. In total, 60 percent said that their hair (or the lack of) bothered them the most.
