Arkansas to Lift Limits on Salons, Medical Spas on Wednesday

Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson on Friday said he would lift some COVID-19 restrictions on barbershops, salons, massage, body art and medical spa businesses on Wednesday.
Restrictions on industry schools will not be lifted at this time.
