Podium Reports $150 Million in AI Agent Annual Recurring Revenue
Podium announced that it has surpassed $150 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) from its AI agent products, reaching the milestone approximately two and a half years after launching its AI-focused business.
In a recent LinkedIn post, Eric Rea, CEO of Podium, said the company made a strategic decision several years ago to rebuild its business around AI agents rather than continue relying solely on traditional software products. According to Rea, the company viewed AI as a technology that could fundamentally change how businesses operate and chose to invest heavily in AI-driven automation.
Podium’s AI agents are designed to answer calls, respond to leads, schedule appointments, follow up with customers and identify opportunities to generate revenue. In aesthetics, Podium offers an electronic medical record (EMR) platform that helps practices manage patients, book treatments and drive repeat visits.
Podium shared that more than 20,000 AI agents are currently deployed across its customer base. Those agents have helped generate more than $13 billion in revenue for businesses using the platform.
