Galderma Opens New U.S. and Latin America Headquarters in Miami
Galderma has officially opened its new U.S. and Latin America headquarters in Miami, establishing a regional hub designed to support the company’s continued growth across aesthetics, dermatological skincare and therapeutic dermatology. The facility, located in Miami’s Brickell district, will serve as the primary base for U.S. commercial teams and selected functional departments while bringing together members of the company’s leadership team to support collaboration and decision-making.
The move reflects Galderma’s broader investment strategy in the United States, its largest market. The company noted that the headquarters complements its previously announced commitment to invest more than $650 million in U.S. manufacturing through 2030, alongside ongoing investments in research, education, training and commercial operations.
In addition to office space, the facility includes dedicated training areas for healthcare professionals, including an injection room intended to support hands-on education and the development of training materials. Galderma said the space also features an installation modeled after the ALASTIN Signature Practice experience, providing practitioners with insight into integrating peri-procedural skincare into patient care.
According to the company, Miami was selected because of its position as a major market for aesthetics and skincare, its access to business and scientific talent, and its connectivity to both North and Latin American markets. Galderma expects the headquarters to employ approximately 200 people over time.
“As our largest market, the United States is central to Galderma’s long-term growth,” said CEO Flemming Ørnskov, MD, MPH, in a statement announcing the opening. The company said the new headquarters will serve as a strategic hub supporting its integrated dermatology strategy and future expansion efforts.
Galderma reported net sales of $3.134 billion during the first half of 2026 and continues to expand its portfolio across injectable aesthetics, dermatological skincare and therapeutic dermatology.
