“Botox Bandit” Accused of Receiving More Than $2,000 in Procedures, Fleeing Florida Medical Spa

The Jacksonville Beach, Florida, Police Department is searching for a “Botox bandit.”

According to a police report, a woman received a medical procedure at Jax Beach Body MD Aesthetic Wellness on Wednesday, August 17, and then left without paying for the services.

Melinda Keener, owner and CEO of the medical spa, told News4JAX the woman, who police identified as Monica Daroui, used a fake name to receive Botox and fillers. The cost of the services was $2,500, according to an incident report.
