An Ohio doctor whose medical license was revoked has lost his appeal to get his license back.

11 Investigates reported in April 2023 that the Ohio Medical Board revoked Dr. Wade Banker’s license for inadequate treatment of 15 patients over a four-year period.

Banker, a certified radiologist, owns Luxe Laser Med-Spa in Maumee, Ohio, where he provided “awake” breast augmentations and tummy tucks, hormone replacement therapy and laser treatments, among other procedures.

During the original hearing on April 12, Dr. Giacolone, one member of the Board, stated, “as a member of the Board, he found this case to be terrifying.”
