Allergan Introduces New President of Global Aesthetics at WALC

AmSpa is honored to welcome Nicole Mowad-Nassar, the newly appointed President of Global Allergan Aesthetics, and Senior Vice President of AbbVie to her first industry event: WALC 2025. With over 30 years of experience in healthcare and business leadership, Nicole brings a powerful blend of vision and expertise that will help shape the future of aesthetic medicine.

Nicole was recently named Senior Vice President, AbbVie and President of Global Allergan Aesthetics, where she now leads the company’s global portfolio of science-based aesthetic products and technologies.

Her first public appearance in this role will be at the Women in Aesthetics Leadership Conference (WALC), hosted by AmSpa. WALC attendees will be the first in the industry to meet and engage with Nicole, marking a significant moment in the future of aesthetic medicine.

Nicole’s career includes leadership roles at AbbVie, Takeda, and Abbott, where she oversaw commercial operations across both specialty and general medicine brands. She played a key role in the Allergan acquisition and integration, and currently serves on AbbVie’s ESG Steering Council and Executive Crisis Management Team. Nicole also sits on the board of directors for Resmed and is actively involved in her local community.
