    Overview:
This program will cut straight to heart of how to be a small business online powerhouse and capitalize on your raving fans, as well as consumers who don’t frequent your brick and mortar store to do business with you, and result in profit percentages you cannot achieve in service revenues. In 2020, e-commerce sales will climb by 18% to reach $709.78 billion, representing 14.5% of total U.S. retail sales. The 25 cosmetic and beauty retailers ranked in Internet Retailer’s 2019 Top 1000 sold a combined $210.39 billion in stores, catalogs and online; 4.9%—$10.26 billion—were sales made exclusively on the web. The U.S. prestige beauty industry generated $18.8 billion in sales during 2019, according to The NPD Group. Retailers with online counterparts—such as Sephora, Nordstrom, Ulta and the Detox Market—are leading the way.
