    Alex Blinski

    Alex Blinski, MD, known to many as “Dr. B,” is Plump’s co-founder and chief medical officer. He has been practicing cosmetic medicine since 2011; previously, he trained in plastic surgery with his father—Darryl J. Blinski, MD—and in surgical/primary care through his residency. Blinski educates and oversees the entire Plump team, helping each of them strengthen their injecting skills while learning how to master new techniques and tools. He and the team have grown to a top-100 Allergan account, with an average of 10,000 units of Botox injected monthly between two offices. Plump has been featured in The New York Times and is poised to open a third office in downtown New York, followed by locations in Miami and Boston.

    Renee Coover

    From the stage, to the board room, in the courtroom, and even on a TED Talk platform, Renee Coover is comfortable in front of any audience. Coover’s practice focuses on representing business clients, primarily focusing on the health care industry. She assists doctors, dentists, and other medical professionals with their businesses and regulatory challenges. She routinely advises and counsels business owners in proper corporate formation, complying with specific state laws and regulations, and implementing proper employment policies and practices for their business.

    Bryan Durocher

    Bryan Durocher is the author of Wakeup Live the Life You Love in Beauty, and is the founder of Durocher Enterprises. He was named one of the "Top 20 People to Know in the Beauty Industry" by Global Cosmetic Industry magazine, and provides coaching, consulting, global, industry trends, and marketing solutions for medical spa and spa professionals internationally.

    Louis Frisina

    Louis Frisina is a renowned biotechnology entrepreneur and aesthetics industry thought-leader. He is Harvard-educated with more than 30 years of success discovering new markets, and has been an advisor to several private equity and hedge funds for M&A and capital raise.

    Alexa Nicholls Costa

    Alexa Nicolls Costa is a board-certified nurse practitioner and one of the leading ladies of Boston-based LexRx and Inject With Lex. She brings personality, intelligence, motivation and passion to the ever-changing field of medicine. Her background and passion allow her to expertly blend art and science to deliver impeccable results for her clients. In the fall of 2018, Alexa will be named Course Director for one of the first university-based/co-sponsored injectables training programs at Northeastern University through the Northeastern University School Health Academy.

    Marria Pooya

    As managing partner of Greenwich Medical Spa in Greenwich, Connecticut, Marria Pooya has grown the company from a two-person operation founded in 2005 to employ more than 23 staff members. Greenwich Medical Spa treats 18,000+ satisfied customers and has earned accolades, such as being one of the Top 1% of BOTOX and Fillers providers in the country, and the Top Provider of CoolSculpting in Connecticut. Under Pooya’s direction, Greenwich Medical Spa has developed a private label skincare line, ArieedMD, as well as the hair growth formulation, Re:Activate. Pooya looks to the future and plans to expand the practice into additional locations and other states. Within the next 5 - 10 years, she expects to have as many as 10 locations in the Northeast market.

    Alexandra Rogers

    Alexandra Rogers is a board-certified nurse practitioner and one of the leading ladies of Boston-based LexRx and Inject With Lex. Prior to attending graduate school, Rogers worked at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates in the Adult and Pediatric Urgent Care Center, and then transitioned to managing her own urgent care clinic. While urgent/emergency medicine remains a passion of Rogers’s, she found excitement and potential in the avenue of aesthetic medicine as a specialty that allows providers to both empower and promote self-confidence in clients’ overall well-being—thus the forefront of LexRx practice. In the fall of 2018, Rogers will be joining Alexa Nicholls Costa, as the duo takes the podium to teach one of the first university-based/co-Sponsored injectables training programs at Northeastern University through the Northeastern University School Health Academy.

    Terri Ross

    Terri Ross is managing partner and director of Lasky Aesthetics & Laser Center, which she transformed from a $500,000 to a $2.5 million business in the span of 18 months. She was also a consultant for world-renowned plastic surgeon Garth Fisher, M.D. when he opened his medical spa in Beverly Hills and has been working with world-renowned facial plastic surgeon and host of the TV show Botched, Dr. Paul Nassif, since 2012. Her experience also spans the corporate world working for several leading medical device companies such as Zeltiq, Medicis, EMD Serono and Johnson & Johnson.

    Tim Sawyer

    Tim Sawyer is the president and co-founder of Crystal Clear Digital Marketing which provides health and wellness professionals with a fully integrated digital marketing system with a focus on the aesthetic market. Since co-founding Crystal Clear, Sawyer has been published in Dermatology Times, Cosmetic Surgery Times, and Med Spa Management, writing about the new technology eco-system that has emerged in the medical spa community.
