Louis Frisina is a renowned biotechnology entrepreneur and aesthetics industry thought-leader. He is Harvard-educated with more than 30 years of success discovering new markets, and has been an advisor to several private equity and hedge funds for M&A and capital raise. He also discovered the aesthetic filler Restylane in Brazil, built the market, and sold Restylane to Medicis, along with other injectables.
Rhonda Policandriotes began her nursing career in the ICU, where she practiced for more than 20 years. During her role as a hospital nurse, she became educated and trained in aesthetic medicine, which she found to be her new passion. As one of the top-requested injectors and trainers in the Chicagoland area, Policandriotes is a master of full-face correction, face design and aging intervention. Tim Sawyer is the president and co-founder of Crystal Clear Digital Marketing which provides health and wellness professionals with a fully integrated digital marketing system with a focus on the aesthetic market. Since co-founding Crystal Clear, Sawyer has been published in Dermatology Times, Cosmetic Surgery Times, and Med Spa Management, writing about the new technology eco-system that has emerged in the medical spa community.
Dori Soukup is the founder and CEO of InSPAration Management, a firm specializing in spa and salon business development and advanced education. she is the recipient of the American Spa Preferred Educator award and is a sought-after global speaker within the spa and medical spa industries. She is a published author with articles and insights featured in national and international trade publications in addition to her book, Spa Business Secrets to Increase Profits.
Terri Wojak is a sought after expert in the aesthetic industry with over 17 years of experience. Her areas of expertise include skin care in a medical setting, education and business development. She has developed 30 individual courses relating to skincare in a medical setting and has over 40 published articles in industry magazines, as well as two books, "Mastering Medical Esthetics” 2009 and "Aesthetics Exposed” 2014.
