The Aesthetic Mastermind places you with a small group of like-minded medical spa owners to provide support, accountability, and education so that you achieve your business goals and sharpen your business skills. The format is simple: A select group of medical spa owners meet for a Vision Quest, and then once a month via phone to help one another develop a business vision, set concrete business goals, support one another to achieve those goals, and hold one another accountable so that the goals are actually achieved.

The Aesthetic Mastermind follows a structured format specifically tailored for aesthetic practices. AmSpa’s Aesthetic Mastermind are split into small groups – no more than five members – who are curated by AmSpa to ensure compatibility, confidentiality, and relatability. Those peers will challenge you - both personally and professionally - to ensure your personal vision is attainable, realistic, and based in sound business metrics. But AmSpa has taken this concept to another level. In AmSpa’s Aesthetic Mastermind Groups, every member must be an owner of an aesthetic practice and cannot be in competition with any other member. This allows for frank and transparent discourse in a safe and confidential setting. Further, in addition to being assigned an experienced business coach to help flesh out ideas, develop a business mindset, and hold members accountable for their plans, each group starts off with an intensive, two-day retreat (called a “Vision Quest”) where the members develop their visions and goals for the year.

Prior to ever teleconference, an experienced medical spa owner or industry professional will spend 10 minutes talking about their experience in the field and answering questions from the group.
1.Application: Complete an application to help our coaches place you in small a group comprised of similarly situated yet diverse professionals who will challenge each other to make your medical spa as successful
A 50% deposit of the total fee is due upon submission of the application. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to the Vision Quest.
3. Group Formation:
AmSpa, with the help of its business coaches, will review the applications and split them into groups based upon revenue, location, business stage, and personality.
4.Vision Quest Scheduling:
Once the groups are formed, the group’s business coach will work with the group to schedule the Vision Quest Retreat and set the schedule for the remainder of the year.
