AmSpa’s traditional format combines its well-known focus on legal and regulatory matters with expert sessions on the business of aesthetics. A parallel track is also offered that provides hands-on instruction to medical spa support staff on issues such as answering the phone, selling skin care products/procedures and treating clients professionally to help increase spas revenues.
